The Swine Mycoplasma Multiplex qPCR test kit is a complete set of reagents, which allows for the simultaneous detection of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae and/or Mycoplasma hyorhinis and/or Mycoplasma hyosynoviae.
The test will determine the presence and load of antigen in a variety of samples of pigs. Test duration after DNA extraction is approximately 90 minutes. Test reads at FAM, HEX (VIC), Texas Red and CY5 (Quasar 670) channels.
For quantification of results, Myco qPCR standards are available.
