The Multispecies Influenza A qPCR test kit is a complete set of reagents which allows for the detection of Influenza A.
The test will determine the presence and load of antigen in tissues, swabs or (oral) fluids of any type of animal. Test duration after RNA extraction is approximately 100 minutes. Test reads at Fam and CY5 (Quasar 670) channels.
For quantification of results, qPCR standards InfA are available.
