Inactivated PRRS virus is used as antigen. This antigen will detect antibodies directed against both EU type and US type PRRSV. Antibodies due to natural infection and antibodies due to vaccination will be detected. The test results will be presented in a quantitative manner allowing for differentiation between negative, low, medium and high serological responses.
