The Multispecies Salmonella Multiplex qPCR test kit is a complete set of reagents which allows for the simultaneous detection of Salmonella spp, Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium. The test will determine the presence and load of antigen in faecal samples, meat samples or dust samples.
Test duration after DNA extraction is approximately 90 minutes. Test reads at Fam ,CY5 (Quasar 670), HEX and Texas Red channels. For quantification of results, qPCR standards Salm are available.
